The Sir Alexander Fleming Scholar Program provides Oklahoma’s high school and college students with paid, hands-on biomedical research experience. This program offers an 8-week summer research experience for high school seniors to work with world-renowned scientists to help make new discoveries in our state-of-the-art research facilities.
In the OMRF-OKC VA Langston University Biomedical Research Scholars Program, Langston students work full-time in an OMRF-OKC VA laboratory on an individual research project under the guidance of OMRF scientific mentors. This eight-week intensive research program gives participants hands-on experience solving real-life scientific mysteries.
The John H. Saxon Service Academy Summer Research Program offers an opportunity for cadets at national service undergraduate institutions to get hands-on research training with senior scientists at OMRF.
