The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation has named Simanti Das, Ph.D., to its Office of Technology Ventures.
Das will facilitate material transfer agreements and assist with licensing activities and contract negotiations.
She comes to OMRF from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where she specialized in cancer biology as a doctoral student. Das also has experience as a research analyst for publicly traded pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Das holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research in Kolkata.
