The application deadline for the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation’s 2008 Sir Alexander Fleming summer scholarship program is Feb. 1.
High school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply. Selected students will spend 8 weeks honing their research skills alongside world-class scientists at OMRF. In addition to invaluable lab experience, the scholarship includes a $3,000 stipend and housing, for those who need it.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and Oklahoma residents at the time of high school graduation to qualify.
