January 10, 2006—The application period for Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation’s 2006 Sir Alexander Fleming summer scholarship program closes February 15.
The eight-week science program lets students develop their research skills by working alongside world-class researchers in OMRF’s laboratories. High school juniors and seniors, as well as college freshmen, sophomores and juniors, are eligible to apply for Fleming scholarships. The scholarships provide housing (if needed) for the eight-week program, as well as a $2,500 stipend.
Students must be Oklahoma residents at the time of high school graduation to qualify. For additional information and application forms, please visit www.OMRF.org/fleming.
