Serum Analyte
The Serum Analyte and Biomarker Testing Core provides an array of services to investigators within OMRF and to collaborators. These include the following:
- Experimental project consulting
- High-throughput multiplex assays, autoantibody testing, and diagnostic ANA screening
- Serum analyte profiling
- Cytokine/chemokine testing
- Solid-phase peptide synthesis
- Epitope mapping
- Consulting services including experimental design, assay instruction, data quality control, and data analysis
