Lupus Family Registry and Repository (LFRR)
- Collected samples from >12,300 enrolled participants
- Samples include potential SLE cases family members, and healthy controls
- Detailed clinical information including:
- Questionnaires
- Disease Activity Measurements
- Abstracted medical records
- Longitudinal clinical visit information
- All participants tested for standard SLE serology tests
- Extensive genetic information available for most individuals
- Valuable research resource
- >420,000 sample aliquots are available
- DNA, RNA, sera, plasma, EBV transformed cell lines, and PBMCs
- Detailed clinical information including:
Oklahoma Rheumatic Disease Cohort (ORDC)
Oklahoma Lupus Cohort (OLC)
- Contains longitudinal samples from SLE patients with anti-phospholipid antibodies
- Approximately 650 individuals followed every three months
- Some individuals have been followed for over 15 years
- Detailed clinical information including:
- Serial standard disease activity
- Damage scores and other clinical measures
Oklahoma Rheumatoid Arthritis Cohorts
- Serial samples and clinical information from approximately 450 rheumatoid arthritis subjects with serial MRI evaluations of their joints
- Sample derivatives include serum, DNA, RNA, and some PBMCs
- Detailed clinical data available for all participants
Department of Defense Serum Repository (DODSR)
- Over 1000 serum samples with an average of 5 samples per case
- All patients had at least one sample prior to diagnosis
- Over 50% of cases also have serum samples after diagnosis
SLE Blood Relative Follow-Up Cohort (SBRFC)
- Blood relatives of lupus patients at higher risk of developing SLE
- Enrolled over 400 individuals who provided complete information/samples
Oklahoma Immune Cohort (OIC)
- Over 700 health individuals
- Over 50 ANA+ healthy individuals
- Screened for dsDNA, Chromatin, RiboP, Ro, La, Sm, SmRNP, RNP, Centromere B, Scl-70, Jo-1
Oklahoma Clinical Immunology Serum Cohort (OCIS)
- This collection holds >70,000 de-identified, remnant patient samples
- Nearly every serum obtained from a patient with a positive ANA (or other evidence of autoimmune disease) has been saved for future investigation
- A comprehensive database allows coded samples to be selected by serological criteria
Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease (UCTD)
- Approximately 150 individuals have been seen in the Oklahoma Rheumatic Disease Cohort who initially presented with undifferentiated connective tissue disease
- Some of these have since transitioned to SLE, RA, Sjogren’s, or systemic sclerosis, while many others have remained UCTD
- Serial clinical data and samples are available on these individuals
- Patients are continually being added to this cohort
- Serves as a patient base for the new lupus prevention trial, Study of anti-Malarials in Incomplete Lupus Erythematosus (SMILE)
