Penny Voss is OMRF’s chief development officer and brings more than 35 years of experience in fundraising to the foundation. She oversees all fundraising activity, including OMRF’s year-end campaign and various targeted campaigns throughout the year, annual 241 benefit, planned giving, Loyal Donors recognition, and the Teen Leaders program. She is also responsible for the Gift Management team, ensuring timely processing and acknowledging the thousands of gifts OMRF receives each year. Penny came to the foundation in her current role in 2007 from Dean McGee Eye Institute, where she was vice president of development. She is designated as a Certified Fundraising Executive and a recipient of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Outstanding Professional Fundraiser Award. She has a degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
