A human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field, Courtney Stevens Greenwood joined OMRF in 2003 and was promoted to vice president in 2013. She oversees the HR team and specializes in talent recruitment and retention, employee relations, change management, organizational development, compensation, employment law, equal opportunity employment, and total rewards. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Central Oklahoma and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certifications.
