A human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field, Courtney Stevens Greenwood joined OMRF in 2003 and was promoted to vice president in 2013. She oversees HR, security, food services and the fitness center. Courtney specializes in talent recruitment and retention, employee relations, organizational development, employment law, diversity, equity and inclusion, and total rewards. She holds a degree in communications from the University of Central Oklahoma and numerous certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute.
