Chip Morgan has held numerous positions since joining OMRF in 1969 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In that capacity, he is responsible for managing the internal business operations of this internationally recognized nonprofit biomedical research institute. During his tenure, OMRF has grown to a contiguous campus of more than 500,000 square feet and total assets in excess of $300 million. Morgan received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma and holds an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University. He is Past President of the Board of the Association of Independent Research Institutes and previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Health Services Federal Credit Union (now known as the FOCUS Federal Credit Union) and the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Heart Association.
