What’s exciting about the Ambassadors program is thinking about how we can educate our friends and family, our co-workers, and people in our generation, up-and-coming leaders in our community, about something that’s a really big deal. I don’t think people really understand how important OMRF is and the work that’s going on here.
Almost a decade ago, OMRF asked a group of young professionals to help generate public awareness and support of the foundation and its mission. Davis Hudiburg, a native Oklahoman and a partner in an Oklahoma City-based investment firm, signed on immediately. This past year, he became chair of the group, which is currently planning a “science lounge” event this spring aimed at introducing peers to the foundation’s researchers and their work.
