December marked a half-century since Chip Morgan joined OMRF. During that time, he rose from part-time accounting clerk to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; he’s now stepping down to a part-time role. “As much as anyone in the institution’s history, Chip has helped make OMRF what it is today,”
