Those who continue on the postdoc track receive guidance in order to formulate a well-defined career path that may lead to academic positions. Others may pursue rewarding careers in areas such as biotechnology, industry or teaching. A selected few may earn OMRF faculty positions with dedicated laboratory space, independent budgets and personnel, and some may transition to staff scientist positions. Regardless of the goal, OMRF’s strong mentorship program helps guide individuals toward their own definition of success.
