The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is proud to offer a unique philanthropic leadership program for Oklahoma high school students: OMRF Teen Leaders. Now in its thirteenth year, this program provides opportunities for teens in Oklahoma to grow as a leader, gains hands-on experience in philanthropy and outreach, and get a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge research happening at OMRF.

The program meets monthly throughout the school year from September through April, culminating in a student-designed fundraising project. Each year, 50 student leaders from high schools across the state are selected to participate.

We invite you to consider sponsoring the students’ signature fundraising event, Trivia Night: Boogie for a Breakthrough—a fun, family-friendly evening scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026. Guests will enjoy high-energy trivia rounds, great food, a raffle auction, and a retro-inspired atmosphere. All proceeds from the event directly support medical research at OMRF.
