Progress in multiple sclerosis care does not happen by accident. It happens because committed partners choose to move it forward.
Each year, OMRF’s Multiple Sclerosis Advocate Award Dinner honors those making a difference for people with MS. Every dollar raised goes directly to scientists studying MS at OMRF and to improving care for patients in the MS Center of Excellence.
With construction beginning this year and the MS Center expanding to serve more patients and add specialized resources, OMRF is strengthening care for Oklahomans while advancing discoveries that extend well beyond our state.
Led by Dr. Gabriel Pardo, OMRF’s MS Center of Excellence cares for more than 3,000 patients each year from across Oklahoma and the region. Patients receive comprehensive, team-based care including neurological consultation and disease management, neuro-ophthalmology, infusion services, clinical trials, physical therapy, spasticity and mobility evaluation, and wellness education, regardless of their ability to pay.
The MS Advocate Award Dinner brings together those willing to invest in what comes next. Every dollar raised directly fuels MS research at OMRF and strengthens patient care at a moment when momentum matters, translating local impact into progress for people living with MS everywhere. Attendance at the dinner is by invitation only and includes corporate and foundation sponsors, OMRF’s Board of Directors, major supporters and community and business leaders.
