241 is an invitation-only celebration that brings together Oklahoma business, civic and philanthropic leaders to support medical discovery at OMRF.

The 2026 event features live entertainment from The Spinners – the legendary Motown group behind classics like “I’ll Be Around”, “Could It Be I’m Falling in Love” and “The Rubberband Man” – along with exceptional culinary experiences from Oklahoma’s top restaurants, premier wines from the West Coast, and a day on the most storied golf course in the state.

The mission of 241

At a time when groundbreaking biomedical research depends more heavily than ever on private investment, support from this event plays a critical role in accelerating bold ideas and breakthrough discoveries. OMRF researchers are advancing innovative studies focused on autoimmune diseases such as lupus and multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular disease, cancer, diseases of aging, and neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. These efforts are helping shape the future of medicine for families everywhere.

As an independent research institution, OMRF can pursue bold ideas and recruit world-class talent while collaborating with universities, health systems and research partners across Oklahoma and beyond. This environment builds OMRF’s national reputation and positions the institution to drive the next generation of medical breakthroughs. But progress requires visionary partners like you, willing to invest in discovery.

Since its inception, 241 has raised more than $8 million to support innovative biomedical research and care at OMRF. All funds raised through 241 directly support medical research at OMRF; none are used for administrative expenses.
