BIACORE
The BIACORE facility will be discontinuing operations on Oct. 1, 2023.
The BIACORE is an optical biosensor that uses surface plasmon resonance (SPR) to monitor macromolecular interactions. The OMRF BIACORE Core Facility is now equipped with a Biacore T200, which is a versatile platform for comprehensive characterization of molecular interactions in terms of kinetics, affinity, specificity, concentration, immunogenicity, and thermodynamics.
The core facility provides training in the use of the instrument, and assistance with experimental planning and data analysis when needed.
